After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see this in your email inbox please check your spam folder as the security on some email accounts are set to high.
DGM do NOT offer a ‘try before you buy’ policy. All faulty goods must be notified to DGM within 5 days of receipt of goods. We are under no obligation to accept returns of non-faulty goods after the 7 day cooling off period.
Returns Policy - If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within 7 days of your purchase, or 7 days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (minus any carriage costs), provided you return your goods in perfect condition: that is untested and with all original packaging and instructions, to us at the address shown on the contact us page. If you are returning an unwanted item for exchange / refund or have ordered the wrong size, we cannot reimburse your postage costs. If your order originally qualified for free postage, (any refund will exclude the original postage cost) exchanges will incur the cost of posting the replacement item(s) to you – we will contact you as part of the returns process to arrange payment. Warranty Returns Policy - In addition to your legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, all products (excluding spares) supplied by DGM come with a manufacturer’s warranty of between 1-5 years. In the unlikely event your product develops a warranty fault, products can be returned to us at DGM.
If you are returning an item for Warranty it will be at the buyers cost to send back the item for a Warranty inspection. Exchanges will incur the cost of posting the replacement item(s) to you – we will contact you as part of the returns process to arrange payment. Special Order Items –Spare parts are sourced in the most accurate way based on the information and details supplied by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information supplied is correct. Special order parts are supplied on a non-returnable and non-refundable basis. No refunds can be given for special order parts which ultimately turn out to be incorrect.

At DGM we take safety very seriously - WARNING - Do not use garden equipment such as chain saws unless you are competent at handling such tools. These tools can be dangerous in the wrong hands or even lethal. Before using all gardening tools or equipment always read any accompanying instructions fully. If you are unsure about how to use a particular tool or item of equipment, ask an expert to show you how to use them properly and safely. We recommend that you always use a circuit breaker when working with electricity, particularly when working outdoors using items such as electric lawnmowers and strimmer’s. As an extra precaution, always wear sturdy shoes and other protective clothing and equipment when working with potentially dangerous tools and equipment.
