Take the M5 onto the A38.

At the Splatford Split, take the left hand fork sign posted Torquay & Newton Abbot.

Stay on the A380 towards Torquay.

At the Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit staying on the A380.

Go through the village of Kingskerswell and look for the Hare & Hounds Pub on the left hand side.

We are on the left hand side ½ mile past the Hare & Hounds.

From the A38 take the exit toward Newton Abbot/Bickinginton/A383.

Continue straight on the A383.

At the roundabout, take the 1st exit at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit.

At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (Past B&Q).

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto B3195/ The Avenue

Turn left to stay on B3195/The Avenue, continue to follow B3195 past Newton Abbot Railway Station.

Continue on A381/Stationroad, continue to follow A381

At Penn Inn Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A380/Torquay Road, continue to follow A380 towards Torquay.

Go through the village of Kingskerswell and look for the Hare & Hounds Pub on the left hand side.

We are on the left hand side ½ mile past the Hare & Hounds.
